BARC does use forms to collect contact information in order for you to be able to reach out for more information about said counseling services. BARC collects no personally identifying information (such as name and email address) through its website except when you specifically and knowingly provide the information. Within HIPPA compliance, I do receive and store information that you provide on the site. I reserve the right to disclose personal information when needed to comply with the law or a legal process, cooperate with investigations of alleged unlawful activities, and to identify individuals violating the law.
